  • Question dodging. It doesn't matter if taxes were lowered or not. The promise was "no new taxes." Whether or not taxes have been lowered is irrelevant. It doesn't matter.

    If I say "no new taxes" and implement a tax, I have proken my promise, regardless of what else I've done.

    I hate how liberal wieners try to red herring every argument. Why is he even mentioning this being constitutional? It doesn't matter if it's constitutional, IT'S STILL A MOTHERFUCKING TAX! Fuck More..

  • If it's a new "tax," not a penalty designed to achieve universal participation in universal healthcare (no-brainer), then that's what Mitt Romney designed as the paradigm. LOL. Complain to him.   • About 3 years ago I got a new job with heath care benefits, dick head obama said he was going to do obamacare. My premiums went up by 31%. The next year he and the democrats made it a new law, and sure enough they went up again by another 31% for a total of 62%. Just before the law went into effect me and my family’s doctor quit her thriving practice because she could no afford to stay in business with the new changes, she was the best doctor I ever had. Great with my kids, me and my wife.
