@wtmgify Ok as i see ur not in really good shape, so lets start slowly :-).
You live in Chicago or Kincheloe, so how you can see effects and how Haarp system can "hurt" you in that location.
The Haarp system antennas are far away that area, and they can not target anyone in particular, since they serve bounces on the ionosphere in their technology.
So my advice if u think ur targeted, why not going to the doctor and ask him for a check up and tell him why, like that maybe u can have p More..
