I pissed on an electric fence about 10 years ago and it shocked me so bad I thought it blew the head of my dick off and a year or two ago I seen an episode of myth busters and they swore this could not happen. They said the video's on the internet were hoax's. If this is true the dog maybe the best actor ever.

@ckidson If I remember correctly Mythbusters said it failed because the urine 'stream' breaks in to individual droplets as it falls and the current can't jump the space. I don't plan on experimenting but I would guess that distance between the fence and the 'source' is relevant.
