Robber shot and killed by security guard at gas station
During the crime, a police officer showed up and tried to target the robber from outside the store. There followed an exchange of gunfire. Security guard entered the store through the back door and fatally shoots robber. The cop and another customer in the store suffered non-fatal injuries.

I think the robber shot the customer. If you look at the reflection in the window at 19:56:59 the dying robber appears (in the reflection) to roll over just before the customer is shot at 19:57:00. I'm guessing the robber, wearing his limited visibility helmet never even saw the security guard and just figured it must have been the customer that was blasting away at him. @DivineWisdom Not just? The robber was in the process of shooting when the security guard shot him... The robber raised his weapon during the commission of a felony. The security guard was fully justified, especially if shots were being fired.
