Have you ever taken the time to read about this "accident"? The neglegence of Ted Kennedy leaving that poor girl to die while he stumbled back to his hotel to sober up and build an alabi in an effort to save his presidential hopes?
Clearly you haven't a clue! This isn't some trash story out of the Star tabloid, this is a tragedy Ted Kennedy is guilty for.
Mary Jo stayed alive for a good amount of time in that flipped over car, struggling for air with only 2" of head room. High tide came in and she died from drowning. Kennedy could have saved her and his reputation but he didn't. Now she's dead and he knew from day one, he'd never be president. Ever.

I wasn't there at the accident scene, so I don't know exactly what happened.
If Ted Kennedy just left the woman to die like you said, then he deserves prison time for manslaughter.
He'd never be president regardless.

Hey, he didn't murder her....he just forgot she was in the car since he didn't get his compulsory BJ...and he swam across that river, spent the night in a hotel, called his lawyers, and then remembered about maybe Mary Jo was in the car....but, then, fuzzzy about that.... That is the kind of individual Mass voters want to represent them. Of, course, it represents them also....nuff said!
