Speed and snow ...
Easily avoidable. The driver of the camera car is an imbecile.
The driver of the Honda slammed the brakes, which is the worst thing you can do in such condition.
The driver of the truck was trying to stop, you can hear the gear change, but on an icy road he needed more distance.
Looks like the truck with the dashboard camera drove in the middle of the road. And should have been braking when saw the honda going sideways. Looked like he just kept going.
@susblah So because some idiot thinks he can overtake you, you should move your truck out of the clean track and risk your own life and cargo? And slamming on the brakes on a slippery road also is a fine idea with a heavy cargo....
@susblah truck wasn't driving in the middle of the road, his camera is probably mounted on the side.
@susblah The driver of the truck was clearly braking as quickly as he could. As you can see the roads were quite icey. Depending what he was driving he could've been carrying 40,000lbs of cargo. Not exactly easy to stop in the snow without your trailer getting ahead of your cab. He slowed down quite nicely to avoid a worse accident or his trailer jack-knifing. The driver probably survived that gentle bump, it could've been worse if the the truck or trailer had lost control and landed on top of t More..he car in a ditch.
As far for the truck driving in the middle of the road, we all do the same thing in poor conditions too. We stick in the middle of the dry-tracks regardless of where they are. From the video it looks like everyone else was driving down the middle of the road that day. Less..
@uncletoms I drive a truck too, and you could clearly see, that after the impact the truck stopped almost immediately. If the road would have been slippery, the SUV would have been sliding forward from the impact, but it didn't. And you can clearly see the white lines going exactly beneath the camera and you cannot see the left pillar of the truck. So it most certainly was not in his own lane.
@susblah. Yeah i see that too. The truck brakes in less than 10 feet after the crash, didn't brake before.
Slow down Russia, slow down!
I have seen better quality movies on radio.
Ah-ha, I have four wheel drive! I can go faster than you. I have four wheel drive. I am invincible! I have four wheel drive. Nothing can stop me today, I have four whee....OOOOOOHHHHHHH SSSSHHHIIIITTTT!
Maybe if you got your ass out of the middle of the road this wouldn't of happened.
Wow, I bet the driver was hurt badly. The corner of this vehicle went right into the door.
shouldnt have been russian around, not like the car was stalin.
@McNavish that pun is so horrific you should be shot haha.
Massive impact? Have you ever been in an accident?
wow that was hard!
Thats what she said.....
oh shit oh shit oh shit...phew.. OH SHIT
Yeah the car in front loses control on an ice road. I think I’ll just travel at the same speed hoping he corrects...
FUCKING RETARD!! Get the fuck out of the gene pool!!
I'm trying to figure out who is stupider, the honda driver speeding or the other guy not stepping on the brakes.
Ppl complaning he didnt break. I would say you can hear him pump breaking and you can see the tilting of the truck as he breaks.
he should have braked the second the car got sideways instead of waiting until impact was imminent.
Speed n' snow, that's we we git-r-dun in mother russia
Justice for the passer.
@Cla68 Agree, it's the Honda's fault. But who has to pay for damages?
looks like the guy with dash cam didnt break till they were sideways stopped
i would have been breaking as soon as i saw the car slide.
Overcorrection. The worst of the -corrections.
