The Ministry of Public Security Criminal Investigation Bureau has stated the perpetrators will be severely punished. A criminal investigation has started and members of the public are being asked to provide further information about events leading up to the incident.
The victim has been identified as Li Chin, who died of died of intracranial hemorrhage.
The perpetrators have since been named as Sun River, Xiong Jie, Gu Lei, Zhang Qi.
