Driver of Volvo truck lost brakes during a descent & lost control, drove into oncoming traffic and collided with several vehicles. The accident killed the driver and passenger of a Kia "Gazelle" a couple in their 50's. 9 other people received injuries of varying severity, 3 of whom were hospitalized.
