Texas man sues over tasering

A Texas man whom claims police used excessive force on him during a traffic stop has filed a lawsuit against the Lubbock, Texas police department. The officer used a stun gun on the driver after the officer said the man refused to follow his order to get on the ground. The diver was tased six times before he was finally arrested but not formally charged with resisting arrest. The driver says the tasing constituted excessive force and plans to take the police department and numerous officers to court.

    How do you "comply" while you are writhing on the ground from being electrocuted, smothered, compressed, chicken hold etc.?
    You obviously despise each other or you would never tolerate this police state you have created. Punishment is for the courts, not the police in the field.
    As for this video. it looked like the guy was obeying, got out of the car as instructed and was man-handled by the officer for following orders.
