Children (obviously) recieve the most mercy from god and we generally say that they basically aren't judged and that they get paradise (I think this is upto age 11) .

Yes, this video really isn't cool or good but it's not exactly that we can be 100% sure that these children can/are/will be combatants. There also wasn't a 'call' for other children to say. It is propaganda purpose.
