Con Artist Caught Lying

Erica Payne debates Peter Schiff but there are some things she doesn't want you to know. She criticizes corporations for not all being required to pay 35% yet her corporation pays nothing in taxes and pays a majority of its earnings out to her in the form of a salary.

    • @jaydenfre it's a big distraction from the topic and a person's personal weaknesses should not be a target in civil debate.

    • @shuttlespace If you are debating a moron It's not a distraction.I don't personally think it's a serious debate because Peter Schiff along with FOX news knows their Debate is more propaganda than fact.

    • @jaydenfre you're right about the FOX thing.

    • @jaydenfre When you've worked intelligently enough to build a net worth of approximately $300,000,000 maybe you can go on fox news and give your opinion of how stupid you think he is. Until then, you seem like just another poor unsuccessful bastard trying to tell a highly successful individual that he's stupid while you heat up your cup-o-soup with fish crackers and surf the web.

  • This woman re-defines shrill.

She is impossible to listen to, even if you agree with her.

Sad thing is she actually believes consumers fund the economy, when in fact business funds consumers, government and not-for-profit entities, including economic parasites like Erica Payne.

Hope she gets ran over by a truck and slowly dies.

  • Who cares if she is a con artist? The only thing that matters is: Do her arguments work?
All I can say is that Peter Schiff talks more sense than most economists I have heard. What he is saying is usually just common sense. I don't know about "job creators" and all that "trickle down" stuff, but you sure can't borrow your way out of debt. Though I think that the stimulus money would have been better spent paying off people's loans, because the banks get their money anyway, a More..

  • She's right,Peter is a Moron,Consumers create jobs..Anyone that has a basic education in economics would know that.Says a lot about Peter.BTW Agenda Project is a non-profit organization.

    • @jaydenfre It's a fairly equal split between both positions. Generally the very first thing to happen in business is the creation of a product. Then that product is marketed, finds interest, and is sold to the interested party. Knowledge of products existence produces additional interest and consumer demand allows the business to survive and expand operations which produces additional jobs. For one to exist, the other must as well. Peter is well aware of this but her negativity and constant inte More..

    • @Templeton The consumer is the demand, not the business.A business is a provider to the demand. The Demand creates the provider.

Comparing percentages of revenue means nothing. She makes under $250,000.00 a year and CEO's can make millions with no taxes While paying employees minimum wage and costing the tax payer billions in medical coverage from the company not providing any.

    • @jaydenfre Your first two points are correct (incidentally, I never said at any point that the business was the demand) but your third point isn't so cut and dry nor is it accurate. I'll give one example, which there are thousands of.

Coca Cola created the soft drink long before there was a demand for the product. The fact that the product tasted good, to some, allowed for a demand to be created for it. The demand grew as knowledge of its existence grew which allowed coca cola to sell more prod More..

    • @Templeton Your point on coca cola is totally false..First,soda fountains were around long before corporate bottling companies with specific flavors.Soda fountains allowed small businesses like family run drug stores and grocery stores to mix their own flavors.Demand for soft drinks in general were well established and popular before specific flavors turned to bottling.

Your other remarks about her pay simply re-enforce my statement of your comparisons as apples and oranges.
