In my younger days I used to clean kitchen vent hoods for extra $. The chinese restaurants we're always a family run business. We'd show up at closing time to do the cleaning, often times we would have to wait for them to finish cooking the family meal. Let me tell you, they don't eat the crap they sell to us. A lot of thin looking soups, seaweed like veggies, and of course a little rice. No fatty meats, sauces, or fried foods. No wonder they live to be so old.
