I don't know why... but I prefer windows based phones. My first windows phone lasted 3 years, I didn't want to change it because I modified the hell out of it with custom stuff. I'm on my second and its still goin 2 years on.

You mind taking the back off and taking a couple of high resolution photos that include the serial, version and location of where it was made. What you showed was giberish. I dont know how you expect someone to assist you with your prob from a 27 sec video where you spend half the time showing how the back button works
