That is a tandem missile. The modern armor are so called "reactive". You got the electronics to spot the incoming missile and charges and blown to counter the blowing of the missile.
To overcome that, we make double rockets, the first one to blow the "reactive" armour and the second to blow the vehicle.
It's just mean that it's definitely not RPG but a much more modern bazooka. Brought to FSA by foreign generous friends.

I'm afraid I have to agree with you (I think) - that wasn't a tandem warhead (milliseconds between blasts) It was either one warhead and a secondary detonation or two warheads
