1:15 is pretty darn good.
I worked the oil rigs before I joined FD as a volunteer. I had years of practise with putting on SCBA gear.

Where's he going, to a Costume party? Never cut it fighting fires anywhere in the West. Where's you Hood Skippy? You did not zip up that piss poor excuse for for bunker gear either. Gloves...you forgot gloves and your SCBA.Eye protection, where's that?
All I see as a Firefighter, is a guy 13 seconds from death or injury.

I have fought a fire on a ship once, WE ARE MUCH QUICKER
The jacket and helmet would be hung in an open locker and could actually be put on alot quicker. ESPECIALLY if it's a scott 4.5 mounted on the wall so you can just put your arms through the jacket sleeves and already have your SCBA on.
This is how we did it on the ship. We were trained well because everyone on a ship is a firefighter if there is a fire.

they spend most of theire time sleeping. and then they call them heroes. a power line goes down and a technecian goes out there at night to repear it and get shoked no body calls that one a hero.
