You know how much co2 is caused by human influence? 5% compared to 95% greenhouse gases coming from natural sources like evaporating ocean water and volcanoes.
More likely mass deforestation has caused the lopsided greenhouse effect we see today. Oil plays a minuscule role in hurting the environment.
