Riverview Fire responded to a structure fire on Warren Ave. just after 9:30 A.M.
this morning. First Firefighter on scene could see flame inside the window and
heavy smoke. Codiac R.C.M.P. were notified to block off the street and N.B.
Power were also needed at the scene. Flames were shooting out of the roof as
more Firefighters were arriving on scene. They had to fight the fire from the
outside as the Chief didn’t want anyone entering the house. Ambulance N.B. was
on standby, it took over an hour to knock down the fire.
