Roberts: "So then the suggestion that we should keep doing the same thing? There's that old definition of doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result."

DWS: "Well we should keep doing -- Well, I am pretty happy about straight 28 months of job growth in the private sector."

Roberts: "Are you happy about 80,000 jobs last month? 69,000 the month before that. Are you happy with those numbers?

DWS: "Like I said, we -- and President Obama has said, we need to continue to improve and we need to do more and we need to work together."
