Ahhh, see these all the time in the US.. its actually a friction engine, basically a piece rubs against the rear tire to make the rear tire spin. it fucks up your tires quickly.. but if you connect it to a single sprocket. Man can you rip these things threw dirt! and if you drop them, you can lift them with one hand.
