There have been many setbacks in the construction of a 9/11 memorial and a new tower. The entire rebuilding of ground zero is mired in controversy and scandal and is making most of the fine citizens of New York city disappointed, frustrated and angry.

I think that whole project is driven by greed alone and it is horrible that the Americans can't do a damn thing about it. I'm not against some type of memorial but this one is totally over the top. Over a BILLION dollars and counting! That is ludicrous!
