The race was a recipe for disaster.
Too many cars. Too many inexperienced drivers. A dangerous track.
Then to introduce incentives like $5 million for winning from the back of the grid. It's almost like the organisers wanted this to happen.

I know the cars and safety cages within are engineered to be extremely strong and safe but that still has to be freaky as hell torpedoing through the air in an open cockpit like that.Condolences to the family of the deceased driver.

this brings me back to the death of Brazilian drving Legend Ayrton Senna the formula 1 driver, this and Ayrton crashes were both brutal, but they loved what they did. RIP guys
