I'm standing right next to the blast, this video is taken from a bit further back in the formation.

@xXxSkiLarxXx I think mounted would be on a vehicle (VBIED) and dismounted is one that is hidden anywhere.

@reggie001 A dismounted IED is a IED that is truck by personnel not in a vehicle. A VBIED is a IED hidden in a vehicle or maybe a donkey pulled cart.
