What's for dinner? Pig brain.
I used to eat this as a kid and it actually is quite sweet and delicious. High in protein and cholesterol, a great meal for the whole family.

Try to avoid pork now days but used to eat scrambled eggs and brains as a boy. My dad really liked it. Brains were sold canned at the grocery store.
Wonder if he made souse or tamales out of the meat.

We tried an offal night at the hotel a couple of years ago. Beef heart, liver, kidneys, sweetbreats etc...
