October 9th, 2007A grandmother was arrested on charges she recruited her 4-year-old granddaughter to help her shoplift a Delaware County store in Philadelphia. Surveillance cameras were rolling as a woman allegedly shoplifted from a Sears store in Upper Darby with her young granddaughter in tow at about 6:15 p.m. Monday.
