Aircraft rear door falling off in flight 
I'm certain the Aircraft Flight Manual section on a jammed/broken door does not advise you to get three guys and push really hard with feet.
I wonder if anybody thought to advise the pilot, because they all just seemed to stand around thinking WTF just happened.
I cant find after photos of the plane.
And the door, who knows where that is now.

...i mean, of course it flew off, as soon as it lowered enough to catch any wind, it's going to be gone. The door doesn't turn that way. It's a pull. What did they expect to happen when that big, flat sheet of metal entered the airflow at a perpendicular angle?

I never noticed for sure when the chute deployed. I expect a big yanking on the jumper when it deploys but keep missing anything truly noticeable.

@CopperKnut they yank you are expecting is what you see when someone else is filming and the chute is deployed by the person being filmed and the camera man continuing to free fall
