Officer Stuck In Traffic Catches Suspect Stuck In The Same Traffic.
An Illinois state police officer driving over the Poplar bridge with a local radio station reporter in tow to check on the traffic,gets a call from the station about a car being driven erratically on the bridge,but he's stuck in the traffic and decides to walk along the bridge to find the suspect stuck himself with an alleged victim of assault as his passenger,he makes the arrest only to find the suspect was the one being beaten by his passenger,a prostitute,who say's he did'nt pay her for services rendered.
