Woman Gets Shot In Eye During Police Chase
Kristine Nicole Biggs, 41, of Rock Springs, Wyo. was shot in the eye and wounded by police in South Ogden, Utah on November 24 after a 32-mile chase across 3 counties. Biggs was attempting to ram police cars when a Morgan County Sheriff's deputy fired a single shot, critically wounding her.
Notes: The first 2:39 show the shooting, and after that is a second dash cam that shows police removing Biggs and treating her for her wounds.

@Ruffus My question was about why he had to shoot her at all, not the location of the shot. Cops place themselves in front of the vehicles, shoot the person, then act like it was self defense. They don't know why that person is behaving that way. Woman might be mentally ill. Now she's probably even more mentally ill and with only one eye.

@haiyaaa a 2 ton vehicle is a very intimidating weapon, she was clearly running from something and attempting to ram police cars with guns drawn is a deadly situation. Of course they place themselves in front of a vehicle, its how you end a 32 mile 3 county police chase.
