Apparently the other four officers were the "good" cops, and Melton was one of the "few bad cops" who is so slick he was able to trick all the other officers into believing the per actually had drugs in his pocket.
Yeah...the "few bad cops" is a bullshit theory, and yet another video proves it.
The days when it was noble and respectable to be a cop in America are long past.
