He could have got 3 years, but got probation and mandatory rehab. (he was drunk)

@wharris This is what pisses me off about law (everywhere),theres too much of it.Just to make sure theyve got your ass they have thousands of laws to make you sound really bad when in front of the courts,IMO he didnt resist,(he delayed :),DUI? he was in charge of some silk.Trespassing on a bridge for public cars and people no doubt,pot...you got me there what a naughty naughty man. :D

But we have lots of fellow Americans who think we need more government.
And who think that unless our leaders are doing something, (ie passing laws, and taking freedom) they are doing nothing.

He should have gotten down, the embark on a campaign to overturn the law he was about to break.
And when overturned, go out and do it.

@athenssiros Athens, it is nothing personal against you, unless you are the one who put the username/trademark on the video. This video has been posted many many times. But my comment was about, people who take a video and plaster their name on it, as if it were their own. For example. You make a video of your child doing something cute. I find it. Then I put my youtube or some other username over it as if it were my video. It is wrong.

@mael85 To much risk to the public, and as you can see it stopped traffic on the bridge, not to mention the risk to first responders if/when you don't make it. There are plenty of places to do it legally, still looks like fun though. Not saying I support it being illegal, but that is why. I watched them film that stunt in XXX, and it costed one stuntman his life when his chute didn't open and he hit the ground still in the Corvette.
