Not until an improper translation in the King James version did the word hell ever appear in the bible. The improper use of the Teutonic pagan word Hell to translate the Hebrew word Sheol and the Greek words Gehenna, Hades, and Tartarus, CREATED the christian hell for the first time. While The KJV and the NKJV are the only two major translations which use "Hell" in the Old Testament, a number of others have adopted it into their new testaments. Apparently this is done to cater to christianity AND judaism at the same time (jews do not believe in hell and the old testament is their book, christians are all about hell and the new testament is their's).

It is INDISPUTABLE that hell is a man made invention which was NEVER mentioned by Jesus or any other figure who appears in the bible. NOT ONE SINGLE respected theologian, regardless of religious belief christians included, argues or presents biblical evidence otherwise. So WHY do christians tell others that they will go to hell if they do not accept jesus or shape up their lives? And they do so as easily and as confidently as they might say the sky is blue.

The words "everlasting," "eternal," and "for ever and ever" have been used in times past to translate the Hebrew word "olam," and its Greek counterpart "aion," and its adjective, "aionios" in the bible. These ancient words should NEVER have been translated this way. The Hebrew word olam means "in the far distance". Greek aion refers to the sense of “age.” So? Well...these true translations mean that the concept of an eternal place of punishing torment NEVER, EVER, EVER appears in the bible.

While being utterly and completely ignorant of the true content of the bible (or lack there of) regarding hell, christians speak as if with authority about it and many other 'absolutely true' teachings and opinions and commandments and desires of god and his arranged murdered offspring.
