Looks like the car that got hit, is one of those that INSIST on coming to a complete stop to make a right-turn off a busy road... no - you slow down and glide into your turn.

@aramisdiabolic Seriously I hate people who do that shit. Sometimes driving in the right lane just isn't worth it when every moron in front of you is coming to a complete stop to turn. I mean...you can freakin' slow down to just 15 MPH to make a quick glide turn.
