Un fortunately our military has screwed things up to such a degree they dont even have evidence to charge them. Good luck finding the guilty ones.
I guess you could be a follower and just guess who is guilty and execute a bunch at one time. Chances are you might find one guilty detainee out of 100.
We have over 100,000 detainees now. Take your pick. These people arent worth anything ....right?
