  • Bad news, folks.... The founding fathers wouldn't have given a shit if your state police decided to immitate the gestapo. They had NO PROBLEM whatsoever with state dictatorsahips, and long as the power was held by wealthy white oligarchs.

The weren't BAD guys. Very smart and educated, and pretty progressive for their time. But, they sure as shit didn't give a damn if any of us was locked up without due process, or denied any fundamental right by our respective states. They wrote the cons More..

  • Honestly, the Founding Fathers would agree actions the film conveyed as unconstitutional. The scenes at the Nixon Library and Federal Reserve reflect more of the notion of private property, not trampling of individual rights.

  • Shameful what this government has done to citizen's rights & civil liberties in this country. This is a process that has been active long before 9/11 & the "Digital Age". Contrary to popular belief, it has also been a bi-partisan effort. With the current Echelon program, it's a safe bet that everyone that has ever registered & or commented on any website has been "tagged" & entered into the database. The words you write just determine your level of scrutiny. L More..

  • the phone conversation at the end probably is exactly what the founding fathers would do, with horses instead of bikes and with more action, less talk. also, i think he probably broke "the law" by threatening somebody over the phone.

but honestly, without strong leaders and focused ideals, we are just a bunch of well armed thugs. anyone here in law enforcement/military or have family/friends who are? those are the people that would be called into service to fight any armed rebellio More..

  • Wait... that dude doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about.

Miranda Rights, i.e. the right to remain silent when being arrested until you see a lawyer, have nothing to do with the constitution. And he's not even being arrested in the first place.
