  • That and defend the country from attack... Don't forget we need people to defend the country. Armies aren't completely offensive.

    I respect this man's service, but I don't entirely agree. Yes, armies are used as political bullying tools, but that's not the only role they serve.

    I helped with a lot of civilian stuff, too, when I was in.

And no one is ever going to attack America either. Our military is geared toward offensive use. That is what we train and that is our doctrine. So please STFU about whit you don't understand.

      I strongly advise every creature to step lightly in his presence - he could pop off at any moment, take out any perceived threat in the immediate area, and return to position as he were, at ease, as if nothing ever happened, all in the twinkle of an eye.
      Best advice? Walk away. Just walk away.

  • I was in 11.5 years.
    He is either a liar or has severe problems.
    There are many over there who want to start crap just to be starting crap with anyone, not just the US.
    Most of the regular people of most countries seem like anyone else.
