That's just a fucking stupid reaction. Dude should have called the fire department and they would have shut it down then alerted the architect and the building owners to see if the structure is inherently flawed or just a victim of resonance. That could have easily turned out real bad.

this is certainly a bit reckless, but i would say it's ultimately safe. parking garages are made to flex with the weight and movement of the vehicles inside.

@leojw it's reinforced concrete. those beams are strengthened steel i-beams. unlike solid concrete, which cant flex at all really without failing, they are very good in tension as well as compression.
is it safe? personally i wouldnt want to find out first hand!
