  • repost: "its really bad for the PC gaming industry, the pirating. It costs a lot of money to develop a good game and PC gaming already has a hard time gaining traction. I dont give a shit about music pirating but those who pirate good PC games should be killed"
yap. i think junk mail spammers and virus writers should be thrown into gigantic wood chippers in public squares all over the world for our enjoyment and entertainment :)

  • this reminds me of how cell phone companies don't make fully protected cases because they want it to scratch and stuff when it falls and they make them with the cheapest plastic so they break easily so the more money you spend.

Gawdnbennett: "Apart from the more sinister implications of Vista the drm aspect has been pushed by stealth so that 90% of Vista users out there don't even realise that they've paid over the top for a restricted operating system with hooks ready to censor you on your own machine and dictate exactly what you can and can't run on it. Wait till 'trusted computing - or should we say treacherous computing' takes a hold.

If you are running Vista then consider throwing it out and telling Mickeysoft that you aren't going to accept an operation system that becomes and 'operated' system!

Think about it when did you ever see M$ release and O/s where by on the release date it was nearly impossible to get a new pc or laptop without Vista installed on it? Wonder Why?

You are much better off with XP. I've heard that the resistance to Vista is getting M$ concerned however, I don't know how true that is. M$ will support XP till 2011 apparently but then they'll pull the plug and hopefully if more people know about Vista there may be an alternative.

  • HOLY S**T!! This can't be happening...I actually agree on something with Warren...I just hope you know it's the liberal's in America that are trying to silence certain media (radio, internet blogs, etc...) with the "Fairness Act" what it boils down to is censorship of free speech. The music industry is also a very liberal one and I have seen many artists and their record labels crying about online downloading of their music which they are absolutely opposed to. • MrYaar: "Good post Warren iTunes gives next to nothing to the Artist, songs bought for 99 cents, the label gets 66 cents and the Artist gets 5 cents the rest to itunes and publishing. It sucks the labels fukked their own product, this is always the base line with Copy-written material. The Creatives get washed to one side, fight the power, here is the start of a revolution. These 15 years will totally redefine all content value, or we will all get washed away as the net is locked down by controls both hardware and software based. Love the vid mate."
