Definitely a UFO. That is a reconnaisance spacecraft of the galactic empire called Spatyak.

We had the very same thing flying over my neighborhood last summer.
All the neighbors were freaking out.. Some screaming,, some standing in silent awe of the craft.
One neighbor fell to the ground in a fit of religous ferver and started speaking in tongues as she thought the end of the world was near.
Then the neighbor at the end of the street, a nice fellow we all call 'Uncle Sloppy', yelled, "damn aliens!! I'll show them how earth people defend our planet!!
