This is just sickening stuff to see continually. If SAA air units and the ground spotters can't drop payloads with acceptable precision they shouldn't be in the air dropping shit on old people, parents and childrens heads. Collateral damage happens in guerilla warfare but Syrias Army is above the acceptable range for civilian deaths.

Without dead protesters they never needed to exist. What you say is true but by that logic am I too assume protesting peacefully in itself gives one a license to kill. Having political dissents among your populace requires strongarming and shooting? The tension between Sunnis and Assad simmered for years and years.
