3-year-old boy run over by car in Taipei
That happened in Taipei, Taiwan on July 27, 2011. The boy was playing a ball at the time the car reversed and ran over the boy. The driver did not hear although neighbours shouting and warning that there was a child because he turned on car audio very loudly. Unfortunately , the child is dead due to massive blood loss.

why do parents let toddlers play in the road or driveways with out supervision.....
Why do drivers have to blast their music so loud they become oblivious to their surroundings and unable to hear warnings....
