@-sloop- I suppose the situation, terrain and quality of incoming fire dictated wether or not it was safe to move to re-supply the gunner. Had it been easy I suppose it would have been quicker but alls well that ends well, at least they got out of there without anymore casualties and at the end of the day thats every section commanders goal.

Guys, you want to see a good movie from the 80's, check out "The Beast". All about a rogue Russian tank crew that goes around killing Afghanies like vermin; poisoning water holes, running them over with tanks, booby trapped shells they know afghans will pick up, etc. The point is, even fighting in the most genocidal way, they still had a hard time killing these guys. God speed, get back home safe all!
