Robbers shot a waiter trying to stop them - Rome,Italy
Police arrested three robbers liable for a daring robbery of a jewelry in Rome committed on the evening of March 2 and culminated in the shooting and wounding of a waiter who had tried to block one of escaping bandits.
The police were able to reconstruct the entire issue through analysis of images recorded by a video-surveillance system,installed a few dozen meters from the jewelry. The video shows one of the robbers coming back and shooting several times at the man who had stopped his accomplice,The man survived.

glad the man survives and atleast people stop to see if he is ok.
i dislike all theifs but i can atleast respect theifs unwilling to use violence evn if it means getting caught or loosing the loot. alot of robbers are just desperate people needing to feed familys, but the other kind, violent fuckers robbing to pay drug addictions and hurting innocent people they can go and fry in hell for all i care

I'll bet they wish they had the same laws as the US. At least we have the opportunity to carry, in case we are in that situation. Even if the person being attacked doesn't carry, a bystander may...so help each other out.
You don't have to shoot, just deter the shooter. If he points the gun at you, then you have the right to shoot.
