Raw video,May 06/08:St Louis,Missouri... A high speed police chase ends when the suspects try to run but are taken down by police. The chase unfolded live on TV as two men in a gray GMC Jimmy, who were suspects in a bank robbery, ran from police in Woodson Terrace.

The pursuit, which reached speeds of more than 95 miles an hour, went down Interstate 70, across the Poplar Street Bridge, and down eastbound I-64 in Illinois. They turned around in O’Fallon, IL, heading back toward St. Louis, as the suspects swerved to try to get around police who had them boxed in. Police slowed down in front of them, but the accused bank robbers kept going.

Finally, at the approach to the Martin Luther King Bridge, one of the police cars bumped the SUV. The tires blew and the car crashed into a median wall then crossed into oncoming traffic. Luckily no one was hit. The suspect jumped out of the SUV and ran. Police were able to catch both suspects.
