The greek orthodox Christian bishop was kidnapped by armed terrorists on 24.10. and found dead and mutilated on 25.10..
You can clearly hear pro-Assad chanting at this funeral - they carry the right Syrian country flag .
Why should we Christians don't stand by our "brothers and sisters"?
The Christians there are pro-Assad and many of the Christians far away support the FSA. How is that possible? I think they should know it better,or?

  • A few comments are in order.

    First he was Bishop, not just a priest or pastor. The murder was a serious insult to the Christian Community.

    Second the community were chanting "God, Syria, Bashar that's all we need". They used the term "Allah" for God. However that's not a problem as Arab Christians and Muslims both use Allah as the term for their respective Gods.
