It's a bit funny to read peoples comments, and to see what countries mostly support Assad or FSA, all based on what news we are fed. Here we are mostly shown pictures of Assad as evil and he is portrayed as another Saddam Hussein, while FSA are freedom fighters, fighting against tyranny. Judging from the American comments they are told the opposite. Makes you wonder what the spin is in the different countries...

It is a hard call in the states - People do not know about Assad's butchering and human rights violations and they view the FSA as being the same enemy the USA fought against in Iraq, primarily based off of the propaganda videos, not from actual facts - so they pick sides based off of that. They are not told any of the truth about Assad or historical background from the media.
