This was recorded yesterday in Moscow. There was some kind of disagreement between the lady and a street vendor. She ends up taking off her clothes and the vendor wasn't too impressed.
Anyway, she doesn't know that she made the day for a bunch of bored teens who screeched away with glee at her actions.
