Indianapolis - A night of drinking leads to arson charges for an Indianapolis man. Police said Richard Knapp was drunk when he told officers a wild story about hells angels forcing him to set a picnic table on fire at gun point.

The incident happened outside the Midwest Motorcycle Club on Harding Street. Officers said the story changed several times and they believe it was made up. Now Knapp faces three counts of felony arson and criminal mischief.
