I started to think that Russia has the most spectacular and devastating accidents, but than I realized that every country has it's share of terrible crashes, and that it's only because their are so many Russians using dashboard cams that you tend to see a lot more accidents on video than what you would see in countries like the US,UK and Australia. The only time you do see this type of footage is on those Highway patrol shows where the cops have cameras mounted on the dashboards of their patrol More..

@jasonr71 Exactly what I was thinking, they seem to use dashcams all the time. Is it because accidents are so frequent or motoring insurance is non-existent? plus the police don't seem to want to know.
In this crash the lorry was surely going too fast and didn't see the blockage, vodka/texting involved? As previous comment air brakes fail ON. ( all 18 wheels won't fade)

@gobsmaked I think it would be a good idea in every country. Just have it installed as a standard. Easier for insurance, crime investigations etc. And of course LL videos....
