It's actually a Japanese game show shown for the last several years on new years eve in Japan. 24 hour punishment. For 24 hours these guys have to perform various things and each time they laugh they get beaten by a baton. It's pretty funny actually. They are constantly exposed to crazy stuff to make them laugh and usually get Beaten a couple of hundred times during the 24 hours.
