Alcohol, sex shop, gambling and videotapes....

They get on the road for police training and end up in Biloxi where they go gambling, sex toys shopping and drinking missing the training all together but coming back with a completion certificate. Some of the rotten apples out there...They had prior admininstrative offenses, I wonder who follow them and record their activities....
