Clerk grabs shotgun from robber during robbery (raw)

08-07-2007
Albany,

The brazen armed robbery happened at the "Quail Street News Convenience Store" around 5:15 Tuesday morning.

The video first shows the gunman walking into the store with a shotgun...

He then lays his gun down on the counter...

He orders the clerk to dish out cash from the register...

But as the gunman wads up the loot he is able to get his hands on, you then see the clerk grab the gun off the counter, and point it at the gunman!lol

The suspect then dashes out of the store - but then comes back a few seconds later, while the clerk is on the phone with police...
The clerk says he did not pull the trigger because he was worried his surveillance video might not have been recording, and there was no one else around.

"If anybody's here, like even the kid, someone eyewitness - I was going to kill him," says store clerk, Hafiz Alam. "It's not right to rob somebody."

The hold-up led to a six-hour standoff outside 71 Westerlo Street Tuesday morning. Police eventually arrested 22-year-old Justin William Walker. He is now being charged with first-degree robbery.

  • Black people are good at sports... but they suck at being criminals. Look at the American prisons.

  • Rule one: don't let the person you are robbing get your gun.

  • Shocker, I'm sure he is well educated though. Ignorance at its best. Just another way that the man holds him down. Took my stolen shotgun away from me!

  • Papaver: "Fot the racist pricks here. You ever thought your ancestors kidnapped and bought those Blacks and brought them to you country? Gave them a pretty raw deal then and still do now it seems.

You people don't think for yourselves. So many of you have got no brains, like damn robots with a program being loaded in by the shitty media you guys have (US)."
Our ancestors! Or did you actually mean "your" ancestors, if you are actually from the UK.
